Change Champions Consulting is a boutique Microsoft partner focused on adoption and change management. We help enterprise organizations get real value from their Microsoft and AI investments by tackling the human side of change. What you will do

• Help enterprise clients adopt Microsoft 365 and Copilot in practical, measurable ways.

• Build adoption deliverables such as communication plans, training, champions activities, and reinforcement content.

• Run live virtual and in-person training, workshops, demos, and office hours.

• Create practical training and communications that help employees use tools more confidently in their day-to-day work.

• Help administer our learning and adoption platform (e.g., assign trainings, send “nudges,” analyze adoption metrics, etc) for our clients.

• Track tasks, follow-ups, deliverables, and be accountable for client work.

• Build strong client relationships through responsiveness and initiative.

What we are looking for

• You already use AI in your work and you are curious about where it is going.

• You have hands-on time with AI and productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, Amazon Q)

• You know your way around Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint, or you can get there fast.

• You write clearly and you can explain a tool to someone who has never touched it.

• You are comfortable presenting and facilitating live (online or in person).

• You take initiative and move work forward without waiting to be told.

• You like a small, fast team where your work is visible and your growth is rapid.

• You have roughly 2 to 5 years in a relevant field.

Nice to have

• PROSCI®, Microsoft Certified Trainer, or a similar certification.

• Experience in consulting or a Microsoft environment.

• Project and consulting experience.
